ORDERING
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse, add to cart, sign in, choose a delivery address, then pay with Paystack or Flutterwave. You'll get a receipt by email.
Q: Can I order from multiple vendors at once?
A: Yes — your cart can span vendors. Checkout creates one Order (your receipt) and one Sub-Order per vendor (so each vendor sees only their items).
DELIVERY
Q: How fast is delivery?
A: Lagos: same-day to next-day. Other state capitals: 2–4 working days. Smaller towns: 3–7 working days, depending on whether a collection centre is nearby.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Sign in, go to Orders, and click the order number. Each sub-order shows its current status and (where applicable) a courier tracking number.
PAYMENTS
Q: Is my money safe?
A: Yes. Every payment is held in escrow and only released to the vendor after you confirm delivery or after the escrow window closes without a dispute.
Q: What if the product is wrong / damaged?
A: Open a dispute from the order page within the escrow window. Our support team will mediate and, if upheld, refund you in full.
SELLING
Q: How do I become a vendor?
A: Sign up, click "Sell on TradeWorld", complete KYC (ID + business docs). Once approved you can publish products immediately.
Q: What's the commission?
A: We take a per-order commission that varies by category — typically 5–10%. Your exact rate is snapshotted onto each sub-order so historic orders never re-price.
