ELIGIBILITY You may return an item if it arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its listing. You have until the escrow window closes (typically 5 working days after delivery) to raise the dispute. HOW TO RETURN 1. Open the order from your Orders page. 2. Click "Request return" on the affected sub-order. 3. Provide a brief reason and photos where relevant. 4. Ship the item back using the address shown (or drop it at the collection centre). 5. Once the vendor confirms receipt, your refund is issued automatically. REFUNDS Refunds are credited back to the same payment method you used at checkout. Paystack / Flutterwave typically settle to cards or bank accounts within 5–10 working days. WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE Personalised, perishable, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. lip products, underwear) are non-returnable unless the issue is a quality defect or shipping damage.
